The Treatment Place

The Treatment Place - is a busy beauty and complementary therapy centre in Edinburgh’s city center

The original design and development of The Treatment Place webpage was hectic and became unsatisfactory when the company started to grow. Our task was to perform a complete redesign in order to create a soft, cozy as well as 'therapeutic' and 'relaxing' experience for the customers browsing the site. We achieved that by redeveloping every aspect - layout, pictures and colour schemes. We added a short, eye-catching flash presentation and altered navigation on the site to make it more intuitive.

In adjusting these we met the company owner’s expectations - the new site is a reflection of the centre's atmosphere.

The development went far beyond refining the aesthetics of the company’s website. The new version is not only eye-catching on the surface, but also faster and reliable. It’s search engine potential is increased thanks to in-depth optimization of the code.

Additionally we suggested and applied a news system - making it easy to update ‘offers’ and ‘in the press’ section, as well as the price list. The treatment place web site - news system

With only a short training session, the owner learned how to use the system to easily provide customers with the newest information, without need for a specialists help.
